NFF, Victor Osimhen Defrauds Foreign Club, Ex-manager MultiBillion Naira
Issues emanating from the messy story that involves football star, Victor Osimhen and his immediate ex- manager ( name withheld) is not palatable.
Popular Nigerian adage says 'na who no man dey kill am'.
How can one explain the heart rendering story of man inhumanity to man being mated by Victor Osimhen to his ex- manager.
A reliable source disclosed to Celebrity Journal Publishers' Association of Nigeria( CJPAN) that Osimeh hired his immediate ex- manager, when he ran into trouble trying to evade the hammer of his former manager who was justifiablly bent on destroying him after he reneged on the agreement reached to pay him agency transfer fee as he was leaving Leu to join Napoli.
The manager was said to have carried out his job diligently, but as it got to payment, Osimhen vehemently refused to pay, instead started threatening to kill him.
We gathered that the said sum is about €10m. This matter has thrown his ex- manager and his family into serious debt as he engaged the services of lawyers to help Osimhen draft contracts that helped him out of the impending mess.
One would have expected Osimhen to find a way to reach amicable truce with his entranged manager and in-law, but he continued his threats.
Families and friends have been called into the matter, yet, Osimhen has vehemently refused to make amends.
Further research shows that Osimhen is not even in talking terms with his family members as he had chased them away from his Magodo mansion, Lagos for only asking him to render help to them.
We believe it is time for Nigerians and NFF to mediate in this matter so as to help his ex- manager settle his debts that are about strangulating him out of business.
It was further gathered categorically that the star footballer hired his ex- manager in 2019 and also terminated the appointment with immediate effect on the 29th December, 2021 based on the same issues without payment.
From findings, Osimhen is known for this criminal act having done the same thing to his two former agents, while boasting that nothing can be done to him.
Victor should be leading a life of a role model to younger people, but, he seems to be acting in manner inimical to what he represents.
NFF should look into this issue before the inappropriate behaviour of this footballer rubs off on them.
All efforts to reach Victor Osimhen for his side of the story has proved abortive as calls and messages to his phone were not responded to.
