BREAKING: CP TUNJI DISU NOW PRINCIPAL STAFF OFFICER TO IGP EGBETOKUN

CP Olaunji Disu has just been redeployed as the Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun. This posting is with immediate effect.

CP Tunji Disu who formerly led the IGP-Intelligence Response Team (IRT) holds two Masters degrees in Public Administration from Adekunle Ajasin University and in Criminology, Security, and Legal Psychology from Lagos State University. His model of policing is largely predicated on the principle of policing by consent with emphasis on the 4Es of engaging, educating, explaining, and enforcing the law.

The sporty police officer, Disu has won several laurels since becoming a Judoka in 1986. He was the former Head of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) in Lagos.
