IREWITIWITI FOUNDATION, LABAKCARE GIVES MEDICAL RELIEF TO ADO-ODO OTA COMMUNITIES

National Assembly member representing Ado-Odo-Ota Federal Constituency, Hon. Tunji Akinosi within five months in office have proved himself to be a proud son who kept his promises to his people in the Constituency by organizing a free medical outreach through his foundation (Irewitiwiti) in collaboration with Labakcare foundation which by this, demonstrates dividend of democracy TMnews report.
Akinosi commended the Party leaders, stakeholders, and the entire members of the party in the Constituency for entrusting him with the mandate to represent them at the Green Chamber. He added that everyone will enjoy the dividend of democracy during his time and that is the reason he has made the medical outreach a key project to take care of the people of Ado-Odo/Ota believing that health is wealth.
Hon. Asade Wahaab, the chairman of the medical outreach committee, said Irewitiwiti foundation is legally registered and founded by Hon. Tunji Akinosi to help the needy in his Constituency. The foundation in the past five years has identify with the youth and aged in the Constituency by given scholarship to students, provides boreholes to communities who lack good water and empowerment program to all classes of human endeavors.
Irewitiwiti foundation brought the medical outreach program to Ota in collaboration with Labakcare foundation, a US based organization who also believe in giving back to people.
Asade further explained that the medical outreach starts today Monday 23, 2023 and will last for 3days. One thousand people will be taken care of everyday, according to Asade, everyone who have the opportunity to attend the program will be screen and gives medications for HIV, Diabetes, Vital Sign, Malaria, blood pressure and those who need eye glasses will be given during the three days at the palace of Olota, Awori Kingdom.
"This is the first of it kind in Ado-Odo/Ota in just few months in office that such Laudable program will happen in Ota from a member of House of Representatives"
"In less than five months, five bills have been raised and pass through the first reading by Hon. Tunji Akinosi which has never happened before."
"Akinosi through the bills he raised at the Green Chamber,  are the bills that touched the life of his people. Bill to create a Federal Medical Centre in Ado Odo Ota, bills to create Agric Institute in either Ado or Igbesa and bills to make Ado and Igbesa Agrirarian place"

Hon. Wasiu Adewale Lawal, FCA, is also a top politician that attended the program on the first day, a former Caretaker Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Loca Government commended  Hon. Tunji Akinosi, a Fellow of Nigeria Society of Engineers, FNSE for his charisma, competency and capability to represent his people at the Green Chamber.

Having known that health is wealth and many people in the society experiences different health challenges which may  likely cost some a futune, Akinosi has made a significant impact by organizing a free medical care to over three thousand constituents.

Lawal gave an excellent remarks to Akinosi for not disappointing his people and called on the constituents to take advantage of the program to better their health.

The Executive Chairman of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Adewale Musa was also in attendance. He made it known that his Local Government is fortunate to have Hon. Tunji Akinosi as their representative at the Green Chamber with all the laudable records he had made in less than five months.

He also said, the collaboration between Labakcare Foundation and Irewitiwiti Foundation to extended their love by giving the constituents a free medical treatment on Malaria, High blood Level, Eye Screening and glasses, Diabetes and other medical check up has proved that Tunji Akinosi will do better when he has the opportunity.

The program ended with over 3000 constituents benefiting from Irewitiwiti Foundation free medical outreach which lasted for three days at the palace of Olota of Ota, Awori Kingdom.

A beneficiary named Mrs. Kafayat Adeyemi said the dividend of democracy is now coming to the needy who struggle to vote to their representative. She thanked Hon. Tunji Akinosi for the medical outreach and hope to see more of his kind gesture to his people.
