Apelogun in his Independence speech as Nigerians celebrate 64th anniversary, reads "Today, we are to celebrate a momentous occasion in the history of our great nation – the anniversary of our independence. On this day, we reflect on the journey that has brought us to this point, and we honor the sacrifices of those who fought tirelessly for the freedom we now enjoy".
"As the National President of the Amalgamated Commercial Motorcycle Owners, Repairers, and Riders Association of Nigeria (ACOMORAN), I am deeply honored to address you on this significant day. Our association, which represents the hardworking and resilient commercial motorcycle operators across Nigeria, stands as a testament to the spirit of determination and unity that defines our nation".
